Samantha Van Horn

Samantha Van Horn is a filmmaker based in Amherst, Massachusetts. She graduated from UMass Amherst in 2025, where she wrote an award-winning screenplay and produced an award-winning documentary. She is currently completing an independent narrative short film. Separately, she works for a nonprofit agency that provides employment and day services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, where she has the honor of producing a documentary that explores the history, mission, and values of the program. As an aspiring producer, she welcomes opportunities to collaborate and support fellow artists.
